Our Programme Areas

Maternal and Child Health

As the pioneers in integrating child-centred care into HIV programmes for children and adolescents in South Africa, our maternal and child health initiatives reflect our commitment to developing innovative interventions for children receiving care in primary health facilities and community settings.

This includes creating resources and guidelines for disclosure and providing training and mentorship to healthcare workers delivering HIV care to children.

Youth Development and Health

Building on our foundational child-centred care, our Youth Development and Health initiatives empower adolescents aged 13 to 24 through innovative, youth-focused programmes.

This includes offering holistic health education, career guidance, and psychosocial services in environments tailored to adolescent needs.

Community Development

From empowering community leaders to implementing cutting-edge strategies like the Ideal Community Strategy, we are dedicated to cultivating sustainable change and empowering grassroots communities.

This includes direct engagement and collaborative initiatives through capacity building, empowering and developing community-based organisations.
